NAVIGATE™ Your Ascent: Empowering Strategies for Women in Aviation and Aerospace - Webinar

You are a woman who loves anything to do with space and aviation and who has done the technical work that it takes to earn your place in these wonderful industries.  But what about what they don’t teach you in school? What about what it takes to be a female leader in a male-dominated field?

It is no secret that women are vastly under-represented in aviation and aerospace.  This is true of all levels of organizations but perhaps most notable and visible in leadership and executive roles.

While already significantly outnumbered by our male colleagues when we enter the workforce, as we climb the corporate ladder our numbers diminish even further due to factors such as lack of opportunity, lack of flexibility (work/life balance), and implicit bias discrimination which lead us to look for career fulfillment elsewhere

As a female electrical engineer with a successful 35+ year career in aviation and aerospace, I have outlasted many of my peers and risen to the executive ranks in my industry.  I have reached the apogee of sitting in mission control for the launch of a space shuttle and have experienced the career stall of having my livelihood ripped away from me.

I would love to share with you my strategies for thriving and excelling as a woman leader, handling the career highs and lows along with the times when you might feel as though the cards are stacked against you.

I invite you to join me for this free one hour webinar and to learn what they don’t teach you as part of your formal education.  I look forward to helping you NAVIGATE™ your career path toward a successful leadership role in aviation or aerospace.
